(a) The storage of junk, abandoned, inoperable or unlicensed motor vehicles within the Village limits is hereby established as to constitute a public nuisance as defined by Ohio R.C. 3767.02.
(b) The Solicitor is hereby authorized and directed to bring an action in equity in the name of the Village for abatement of such nuisance and to post bond pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3767.03.
(c) Ohio R.C. 3767.04 through 3767.09 are adopted as the procedure to be followed in the abatement of such nuisance.

(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
