(a) The schedule of rates for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Fund be and is hereby duly established; the base rate for single family and two-family dwelling units shall be $5.72 (five dollars and seventy-two cents) per dwelling, plus $1.04 (one dollar and four cents) for every unit of water over the established minimum of 5 (five) units.
(b) The rates to be charged for commercial, industrial and multi-family (more than three dwelling units) properties shall be the established base rate of $11.44 (eleven dollars and forty-four cents), plus $2.08 (two dollars and eight cents) for every unit of water over the established minimum of 5 (five) units.
(c) These rates shall be applied to the monthly utility invoices beginning with the first billing cycle immediately following the lawful passage of this section.
