(a) No person in any Village owned park shall:
(1) Park any vehicle in any area except in a designated parking area.
(2) Leave a vehicle standing or parked in established parking areas or elsewhere in a park during hours when the park is closed.
(3) Park any vehicle in spaces designated for the handicapped unless they have a placard or license plate bearing the international symbol for the handicapped.
(4) Disregard any posted notice denying access to vehicles on any other area of the park.
(b) No person in any Village owned park shall operate any vehicle in excess of the 10mph posted speed limit.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
