The charges set forth below are applicable to the General Rules and Regulations covering the Monroeville Electric Department.

(k) Deposit for Unsatisfactory Payment History. Any service disconnected for non payment of bill or for violation of the Rules and Regulations shall not be restored until such time that payment of two hundred dollars ($200.00) has been made in full subsequent disconnections for non-payment shall not be restored until an additional deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) has been made in full, collection of said deposits not to exceed one calendar year. For tenants, these deposits shall be held until such time as the final bill is paid. | |
(l) Service Charge. For labor, equipment and material to repair damage to the Utility's electrical equipment, charges will be based on rates established by Chapter 945 of the Village Codified Ordinances. All materials supplied will be billed at the actual cost to the Village plus 5%. | |
(m) Service Charge. | |

(n) Other Special Services will be furnished under the following conditions: | |
(1) Service Connections made after regular working hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, may be made at option of Utility at the rates established by Chapter 945 of the Village Codified Ordinances, and such charge shall be in addition to the applicable Regular Reconnection Charge. Such additional Special Charges shall be determined as specified under 933.06(l) and shall be paid when the service connection is made. Such additional Special Charge shall be not less than $100.00 | |
(2) For Relocation of Line or Pole At Consumer's Request: Before work starts, the consumer shall agree in writing to reimburse Utility for all costs incurred and shall make an Advance Deposit equal to the estimated cost, to be determined by using the rates specified in Chapter 945 of the Village Codified Ordinances. Upon completion of the project, any excess Deposit over actual cost will be refunded. If the Deposit is insufficient, Consumer shall pay the additional amount required to make up the deficiency and Consumer's service shall be subject to disconnection until the deficiency is paid. | |
(o) Miscellaneous Fees. | |
