931.10 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION GENERALLY.

The design and construction of storm water facilities in the Village of Monroeville is under the jurisdiction of the Village Administrator. Specific design criteria shall be as required by the Rules and Regulations of the Huron County Soil and Water Conservation District, unless specifically superseded herein. (Ord. 2008-37. Passed 1-13-09.)
