(a) Property owners who have added or reduced the amount of impervious area on their property shall notify the Storm Water Director within thirty (30) days of such occurrence.
(b) The Director shall provide the property owner with the new impervious area calculation and new rate statement within thirty (30) days of the receipt of a notice of impervious area change from the property owner.
