(a) The fees imposed by the Village's Storm Water Utility shall be collected monthly and shall be separately set forth and billed together with each utility bill issued by the Village for property located within the Village. Payment for these bills shall be payable in the same manner as the other utility charges assessed by the Village.
(b) A ten percent (10%) late charge shall be assessed to all late payments.
(c) Delinquent balances more than ninety (90) days past due shall be certified to the Huron County Auditor for assessment onto the property tax roll for the delinquent property.
