351.16 LARGE TRUCK PARKING ON THE STREET AND WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY IN ANY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   (a)   No commercially plated or non-plated vehicle, with an unladen gross weight of more than 7500 pounds shall be parked, placed, or allowed to remain on any street or right-of-way in any residential district within the Village.
   (b)   It shall be an affirmative defense to a violation of subsection (a) hereof, that the vehicle was at the time of the alleged violation being used for emergency purposes or delivering goods or necessary services and to effectuate such purpose it was reasonably necessary to use a vehicle exceeding 7500 pounds gross vehicle weight unladen.
   (c)   For the purpose of this ordinance, any street in a residential district shall be defined as any street within or abutting any R1, R2, R3 or manufactured housing district.
   (d)   Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
