Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to alter or revoke the requirement that any owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant of any lot or land located in the Village must obtain a connection permit from the Village Administrator and must have each connection inspected by the Village Administrator, Wastewater Superintendent or Street Superintendent, and must pay a sewer tap fee, prior to connection to the sanitary or storm sewer systems in the Village, as provided by the most current legislation.
