905.07 UTILITIES.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to regulate the repair, maintenance or making of improvements to electric lines and fixtures, telephone lines and fixtures and cable t.v. lines and fixtures located on telephone poles or improvements above ground, and not requiring any excavation.
