The Village reserves the right to require additional insurance and/or bonding if, in its opinion, the additional insurance and/or bonding is necessary. The Village may refuse any applicant if, in its opinion, said applicant is not qualified to do the work required. Upon refusal of the Village to issue a certificate of registration, the applicant may appeal the denial in accordance with Section 1302.07 above.
