(a) Availability and Applicability: Available to residential, farm and home consumers of the Village, located within the service area of the Village's electrical distribution system (hereinafter referred to as Utility) where no more than 25kVa of installed or allocated name plate rated transformer capacity is required. Where more than 25 kVa of installed or allocated name plate rated transformer capacity is required, the General Service Schedule "GS" 933.02 shall apply.
All service shall be single phase delivered through a single set of service wires for single family use, the service location to be designated by Utility.
All applications for service shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Utilities Standard Application Form, with the provisions set forth in this schedule, and in accordance with the General Rules and Regulations of the Utility.
This Schedule is applicable for service supplied to what is ordinarily designated and recognized as individual single family residential or home use, including apartments, mobile homes, and other individual single family dwelling spaces or units. Where service is supplied through one meter to more than a single family dwelling unit, living quarters or apartments, the General Service Schedule "GS" 933.02 shall apply.
This Schedule is not applicable for service utilization that is ordinarily considered in public utility operation as being non-residential or non-home use in character. For such non-residential service, Utility's General Service Schedule "GS" 933.02 shall apply. For further definition of non-residential service, see General Service Schedule "GS".
(b) The net rate per month or part thereof per service, the billing shall be calculated as the sum of the charges set forth below:

(c) In addition to the charges set forth in 933.01 (b), the following Energy Charge shall apply:

(d) The foregoing rates are subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth relating to Power Supply Cost Adjustment, Monthly Minimum Charge, Terms of Payment and other applicable adjustments.
(e) The Rates and Charges set forth in this Schedule are subject to the adjustments specified in Utility's Rider "A" (referred to as the Power Supply Cost Adjustment or PSCA).
(f) The Monthly Minimum Charge under this Schedule shall not be less than $3.00 per month.
(g) The foregoing Minimum Charge is applicable where not more than 5 kVa of transformer capacity is installed or allocated to serve the Consumer. Where said transformer capacity is in excess of 5 kVa, the foregoing Minimum Charge shall be increased by $2.00 for each kVa of installed or allocated transformer capacity in excess of 5 kVa.
