913.24 CONFLICT.

In the event of a conflict between any provision of this chapter, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to its provisions and any provision of any other ordinances of the Village including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinance, the more restrictive provision or provisions shall prevail.
