Upon completion or withdrawal of the project being reviewed or inspected, the depositor may request in writing to the Clerk-Treasurer a request for return of all unused funds. The Clerk- Treasurer shall return all unused funds upon written verification that all outstanding charges have been paid. Said refund will be performed in a reasonable time but in no case shall such refund take longer than sixty (60) days.
