1301.05 INSPECTION DEPOSITS/MAJOR SUBDIVISION.

Prior to the beginning of any approved improvement within a Major Subdivision, the developer shall deposit with the Clerk-Treasurer a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated amount of the proposed improvements to cover the cost of inspection by the Village of such improvements.
