In such cases that the Village Administrator causes the noxious weeds/grass to be cut and the offender refuses to comply with payment of costs within thirty (30) days of the mailing of the notice, the Clerk-Treasurer shall make a written return to the County Auditor of its action under Section 557.06 with a statement of the charges for services, the amount paid for labor, and a proper description of the premises. Such written returns will be submitted to the County Auditor on the 15th and 30th of each month. Such amounts, when allowed, shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and are a lien upon such lands from and after the date of the entry, and shall be collected as other taxes and assessments are collected pursuant to Ohio R.C.
