150.17 ENFORCEMENT.

The Clerk-Treasurer or Fiscal Officer shall be responsible for the enforcement of this procedure. Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this procedure shall render the affected requisition null and void and its disposition shall be in accordance with Section 150.14.
