150.15 EXEMPTIONS TO THE AUTHORIZED PURCHASE PROCEDURE.

Nothing in this purchasing procedure shall apply to purchases initiated by ordinance or resolution, or to expenditures otherwise provided for by the Codified Ordinances or other ordinances of the Village. (Ord. 2014-12. Passed 10-14-14.)
