150.09 PASSAGE OF PAYING THE BILLS.

The form to pay the bills shall require a simple majority vote of Council for passage. Any bill or group of bills may be held in abeyance or disposed of by alternate means upon a two-thirds majority vote of Council. (Ord. 2014-12. Passed 10-14-14.)
