Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code, being particularly the 1986 edition thereof, including the 1987 and 1988 Amendments thereto, prepared and promulgated by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., the International Conference of Building Officials and the Southern Building Code Congress, save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
