1337.08 APPROVAL OF COUNCIL.

After the Village Administrator has determined that the proposed building to be moved and the applicant’s equipment meet the standards provided in this chapter, he shall refer the matter to Council for its review as to design and historical impact, and the permit shall not be issued without the approval of Council.
