§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 151.001 to 151.013, 151.025 to 151.033, 151.045 to 151.048, 151.060 to 151.066, 151.075 to 151.080, or 151.095 to 151.098 shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 nor more than $1,000, together with costs of prosecution or be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall continue any work after having been served with a stop work order as provided in § 151.013, except such work as that person, firm, or corporation is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe conditions, commits a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to a pay a fine of not less $50 nor more than $1,000, together with costs of prosecution. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person who shall be found to have engaged in the prohibited unlawful conduct as set for in § 151.112 or who shall willfully fail to comply with any order to comply with the street numbering regulations, shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of no less than $50 and no more than $300, together with court costs, and upon default in payment of the fine shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
   (D)   Any owner, person, and/or contractor who or which shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 151.125 to 151.131 shall, upon conviction thereof by summary proceedings before any District Justice having jurisdiction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300.Upon judgment against any person by summary conviction, or by proceedings by summons on default of the payment of the fine imposed and the costs, the defendant may be sentenced and committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days. All fines collected for the violation of §§ 151.125 to 151.131 shall be paid to the Township Treasurer for the general use of the township.
