§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of this chapter is punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or of a fine of not more than $500, or both.
   (B)   Violation of §§ 93.23 or 93.24 is punishable by a fine of not more than $500.
