The latest edition of the North Carolina State Electrical Code (National Electrical Code, NFPA 70), as adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Electrical Code of the City and any reference to a particular section thereof shall include same as may be from time to time amended, modified, supplemented, revised, or superseded.
