The latest editions of the North Carolina State Mechanical Code, the North Carolina State Fuel Gas Code and all appendices as adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council, are hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Mechanical Code and Fuel Gas Code of the City and any reference to a particular section thereof shall include same as may be from time to time amended, modified, supplemented, revised, or superseded.
