The latest editions of the North Carolina State Building Codes and all appendices (Building Code, Administrative and Code Policies, Volume I-C Accessibility Code, Residential Code, Volume VIII-Modular Construction Regulations, Volume IX-Existing Buildings, Energy Conservation Code, and MH-Regulations for Manufactured Homes, Rehabilitation Code), as adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council, hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Building Code of the City and any reference to a particular section thereof shall include same as may be from time to time amended, modified, supplemented, revised, or superseded.
