§ 130.01 INJURY OR OBSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully do or cause to be done any act whatever whereby any building, construction work, line, valve, meter or equipment of the city or any matter or thing per-taining to the same shall be stopped, obstructed, impaired, weakened, injured, defaced or destroyed.
