§ 159.808 WATERSHED DISTRICTS.

Overlays. The following districts are hereby established as zoning overlay districts and shall be in place and are depicted on the city’s official zoning map:

(A) WS-III-CA (Critical Area) Overlay District.

(B) WS-III-BW (Balance of Watershed) Overlay District.

(D) WS-IV-PA (Protected Area) Overlay District
