§ 115.02 TITLE OF ORDINANCE.
   (A)   This Ordinance shall be known and may be cited as “Monroe Cable Television Regulatory Ordinance,” and it shall become a part of the ordinances of the City.
   (B)   This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption.
   (C)   That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
