The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to sales made to dealers by commercial travelers, selling in the usual course of business, to public officers selling goods on execution according to law or to any person selling fruits, vegetables, dressed meats or farm produce raised and produced by himself and not bought for the purpose of peddling or sale.
