(A) Every person engaged in adult live entertainment shall post the permit required by this chapter in his or her work area.
(B) Every establishment permitted under § 112.03 shall display such permit in a prominent place where the adult activity is being conducted.
(C) The Chief of Police (or their designee), City Tax Collector (or their designee), or any other employee of the city designated by the City Manager shall at all reasonable times be provided access to the adult establishment for the purpose of determining compliance with this section.
