No person permitted under § 112.03 shall allow or permit any person to perform adult live entertainment upon the premises operated by the permitee unless the person so performing has complied with all permitting requirements of § 112.04. Violation of this section shall be grounds for revocation of the permit issued to such violator pursuant to this chapter.
