§ 111.07 FASTENING SIGNS UPON STRUCTURES IN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY, POLES OR TREES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to tack, nail or post any sign, notice or advertisement of any kind upon any structure or in the public right-of-way, or to or on any telegraph, telephone or electric light pole, or to or on any shade or ornamental tree.
