§ 111.04 MANNER OF HANDBILL DISTRIBUTION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute promiscuously handbills or advertisements of any kind by placing or throwing the same on any street or lot or otherwise. Handbills or advertisements for distribu-tion shall be enclosed in an envelope, or clipped, and placed under or in the door of each house where such advertising matter is left.
