§ 111.01 CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER.

This chapter shall not be construed to affect the usual and customary sales of newspapers and periodi-cals, nor shall it be construed to prevent the dis-tribution of advertising matter in business buildings and the delivery of advertising matter to persons in residences.
