§ 96.08 ENFORCEMENT REMEDIES.
   The violation of the provisions of this section shall subject the offender to criminal prosecution, injunctive relief or orders of abatement as afforded to the city under Noah Carolina General Statute 106A-175 for the enforcement of ordinances.
