§ 96.02 DECLARATION OF A CRIMINAL NUISANCE.

(A) Any condition defined in Chapter 19 of the North Carolina General Statutes as a nuisance shall be defined herein as a nuisance and shall be prohibited within the jurisdiction of the City of Monroe,

(B) In addition, any condition the City Council declares, after holding a public hearing, to be a nuisance shall be prohibited within the jurisdiction of the City of Monroe.
