§ 94.05 INTERFERENCE WITH PARADE, PICKET LINE OR GROUP DEMONSTRATION PROHIBITED.

No person shall hamper, obstruct, impede or interfere with any parade, picket line or group demonstration being conducted under authority of a permit duly issued by the Chief of Public Safety.
