Reference is made to N.C.G.S. Chapter 67 §4.1 and §4.2 which are incorporated herein by reference. The Animal Control Officer of the City is designated as the person responsible for determining when a dog is a potentially dangerous dog as defined and provided in N.C.G.S. Chapter 67 §4.1 and the City of Monroe Board of Adjustment is hereby designated as the Board to hear any appeal.
