§ 91.22 FEMALE DOGS IN HEAT.
   Female dogs in heat shall be confined in such a manner as to prevent them from attracting other dogs. Female dogs while in season must be confined in a building or secure enclosure in such a manner that she cannot come into contact with another dog or create a nuisance by attracting other dogs. However, this section shall not be construed to prohibit the intentional breeding of dogs within an enclosed, concealed area on the premises of the owner of a dog which is being bred.
