It shall be unlawful for any person to locate, keep or maintain any livestock or swine on a lot or parcel of land within the corporate limits less than one acre. For lots or parcels of land exceeding one acre, it shall be unlawful for any person to locate, keep or maintain livestock or swine in a greater number than one (1) animal for each full acre of land.
