§ 91.04 PROXIMITY TO ADJOINING PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to locate, keep, tie or stake, or to use any stable, pen or other enclosure for the purpose of keeping any containment animal or livestock within the City closer than 100 feet from the adjoining property owner's line; provided that if the person resides in an apartment complex, the distance shall also be 100 feet from any other apartment unit in that complex.
