The "Monroe Social District" shall be created, designated and managed in accordance with the requirements contained in G.S. § 18B-904.1. The City of Monroe shall create a defined area as a social district. The map of the defined area shall be approved by the City Council. If the defined area is to be changed, it will be amended solely by action of the City Council through adoption of a revised map.
