§ 131.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this Chapter is to provide written rules and regulations concerning safe operating procedures at the Charlotte-Monroe Executive Airport pursuant to authority granted in N.C.G.S. § 63-53 and as required by Federal Aviation Administration and North Carolina Department of Transportation, Division of Aviation.
