§ 114.09 SEVERABILITY.
   If any provision of this chapter is for any reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this chapter, it being the legislative intent that the provisions of this chapter shall be severable and remain valid notwithstanding such a holding.
