(A) A person propelling a bicycle shall not ride other than astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto.
(B) No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped.
(C) It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motorcycle or bicycle, when upon any street of the city, to carry any person upon the handlebars, frame or tank of such motorcycle or bicycle and it shall be unlawful for any person to ride upon any such motorcycle or bicycle in such manner.
