(A) This section is hereby adopted by the City Council to apply to all areas within the corporate limits of the City of Monroe and its extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
(B) Where a conflict exists between any limitation or requirement contained in this ordinance and those in any other ordinance, regulation, or plan, the more restrictive limitation or requirement shall apply. Except as otherwise provided herein, this ordinance shall not repeal, abrogate, or revoke any other ordinance, regulation, or plan.
