§ 156.102   OVERLAY DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.
   The Overlay Districts are hereby established as “overlay” districts, meaning that these districts are overlaid upon other districts and the land so encumbered may be used in a manner permitted in the underlying district only if and to the extent such is also permitted in the applicable overlay district. The Overlay Districts are further described in § 156.124 titled “Overlay Districts”. The following are hereby established:
   (A)   Neighborhood Overlay Districts:
      (1)   Breckonridge Overlay District.
      (2)   Savannah Way Overlay District.
      (3)   Carmel Village Overlay District.
      (4)   Trull Place Overlay District.
      (5)   Yorkshire Phase 2A Overlay District.
      (6)   Timberlake Overlay District.
      (7)   Bridgewater Overlay District.
      (8)   Northwoods Phase I Overlay District.
      (9)   Windmere Overlay District.
      (10)   Bramblewood Overlay District.
      (11)   Myers  Meadows,  Phase  II,  Section II Overlay District
      (12)   Cameron Woods Overlay District.
      (13)   The Karrington Overlay District.
      (14)   Winchester Overlay District.
      (15)   Camelot Subdivision Overlay District.
      (16)   Austin Ridge Subdivision Overlay District.
      (17)   Twin Brook II Overlay District.
   (B)   Airport Overlay District.
   (C)   South Monroe Historic District. The South Monroe Historic District is further described in Section 156.195-208 and Article XVI of this Chapter titled “Design Guidelines.”
   (D)   Sutherland Avenue Overlay (SA-O) District.  The Sutherland Avenue Overlay District is established to provide regulations for development and redevelopment and general land uses for the Sutherland Avenue Overlay District.
   (E)   Concord Avenue Overlay (CA-O) District. The Concord Avenue Overlay District is established to implement the relevant goals and recommendations of the Concord Avenue Master Plan.
