(A) In addition to the surcharge and sanctions provided herein, violators of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties of § 10.99.
(B) After issuing one warning by certified mail, the City Manager may disconnect the water service of any person or customer whenever it is determined that such person has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Service disconnect under such circum-stances shall be restored only upon payment of a re-connection charge, hereby established at $15.00 and any other costs incurred by the city in discontinuing service. In addition, suitable assurances must be given to the person or customer that the same shall not be repeated during the drought or water shortage.
