§ 53.67 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR NONPAYMENT.
   In the event that the user charges and delinquent fee are not paid on or before the final due date, city utility services shall be discontinued on the order established in the City Customer Services Policy adopted by the City Council. Water service shall be discontinued when defined by this policy.
